- A full-featured Job Board and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) built in-house to manage the institution's entire recruitment workflow end-to-end.

- Implemented Point-in-Time document snapshotting to ensure HR always sees the exact documents submitted at application time.

- A comprehensive digital letter management system covering the full lifecycle of incoming and outgoing letters, from registration and archiving to multi-stage disposition and approval workflows.
- Implemented a rule-based auto-fill disposition engine with hierarchical priority matching (Category + Classification → Category only → Classification only), automatically suggesting recipients and calculating due dates.
- Built a custom Activity Log system (polymorphic, no-package) instrumenting 20+ core actions to provide a transparent, auditable activity timeline per letter.
